This is the well known village in Selangor that famous with sea food and paddy field. During middle of the year is the best time to drive along the driving range. When the wind lightly run along the paddy field, you will see the green yellowish paddy dancing to welcome your arrival. Behind this Miracle scene, there are a group of hardworking farmer that precisely raise the paddy until become rice on top the dining table. We have to appreciate, nothing just come in the blink of eye.
适耕庄位于雪兰莪州西北部，沿海且有大片稻田，固有“鱼米之乡”的雅号。单看它的中文译名就知道这个地方土地肥沃，是个适合耕种的好地方。每年三到六月驱车经过就会看到这片绿油油的稻田。这个时候的稻草刚长大结实，枝身大约及成人一半身高。微风吹过轻抚稻草，整片稻田摇曳如同绿色的波浪，煞是好看。这就是每天放进口里的稻米收割前展示的风采。米粒不是理所当然的在餐桌，而是必须经历无数个日子，由农夫们的照料才能茁壮成长的。所以吃饭要心怀感恩，不浪费就是最好的感谢！
